With a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, PUR keeps your garden room warm in winter and cool in summer—perfect for the UK climate. At Leisure Rooms, we use premium EPDM rubber roofing for our garden rooms because it's durable, low-maintenance, and perfect for the UK climate. EPDM is highly resistant to UV, rain, and temperature extremes, with a lifespan of over 50 years. Unlike felt or bitumen, it won’t crack or degrade, and its seamless finish helps prevent leaks. This ensures your garden room stays dry, energy-efficient, and built to last all year round. 

Each of our Garden Rooms features a plastered internal finish, creating a smooth, modern look that mirrors the quality of a room inside your home. Unlike timber cladding or panelled alternatives, plastered walls provide a clean, seamless surface that’s easy to paint and personalise to your style. This high-end finish not only adds a touch of luxury but also improves insulation and soundproofing—ideal for garden offices, studios, or relaxation spaces. 

Our garden rooms are designed with advanced technology to offer comfort, convenience, and connectivity. Each room includes a full electrical setup with energy-efficient LED lighting, ample sockets, and optional underfloor heating for all-season comfort. Heating and lighting can be controlled remotely via your smartphone, giving you full control at your fingertips. We also offer CAT6 data cabling for fast, reliable internet connections—ideal for home offices or media rooms. For added comfort, integrated air conditioning is available, keeping your space perfectly cool in summer and warm in winter. It’s modern living, right in your garden. 

 We use premium composite cladding as standard because it offers outstanding durability, low maintenance, and a sleek, modern appearance. Unlike timber, composite cladding won’t warp, rot, or fade, and it stands up brilliantly to the UK’s unpredictable weather, keeping your garden room looking great year after year. It’s  available in a range of contemporary colours and finishes, allowing you to customise the look to suit your home and garden. For those who prefer a more natural, traditional aesthetic, we also offer Western Red Cedar cladding. Cedar adds warmth and character, with rich tones that can be left to age gracefully to a silver-grey or treated to maintain their colour. 

 We only use high-quality uPVC doors and windows as standard, offering excellent thermal efficiency, low maintenance, and enhanced security. uPVC is a tough, weather-resistant material that won’t warp, rot, or rust, making it ideal for year-round use in the UK. All our doors and windows are double-glazed and fitted with multi-point locking systems, giving you peace of mind and added protection for your garden room. Available in a range of colours and finishes—like the popular anthracite grey—they combine performance, style, and security to complement any outdoor space.
